This curation centres around the sculptural elegance of a Süe & Mare daybed (circa 1925), beautifully juxtaposed against the unmistakable, whimsical forms of Joan Miró’s Sans titre (Personnages et lune, 1949).

The room’s soft, monochromatic pink palette breathes a dreamlike, theatrical atmosphere into the space—recalling the romantic avant-garde salons of Paris.

Anchoring the foreground is the plush curves of a Jean Royère “Baquet” armchair (circa 1936), sitting in dialogue with a spectacular hand-painted Eugène Berman screen (La Colonne Antique, derived from a 1936 drawing).
